A download link is minted per account — the one thing on this page that needs an identity behind it.
The review engine is not on this page on purpose. The desktop app installs it, and every other client fetches it when it notices it is missing.
The shell changes. The engine does not.
What differs is the shell. The classifier, the tags and the rules are the same underneath, and analysis runs on your machine in all of them.
A standalone review surface. It brings its own engine — install the app and there is nothing else to set up.

Before you install.
The engine
The desktop app installs and supervises its own. The terminal client talks to one — the desktop app’s, or one you install yourself.
Your account
Carries your licence and mints download links. Your repositories are never uploaded to it.
Your code
Analysis runs on your machine. The client talks to your git host directly, with the access you granted it.
Verification
Checksums are published with every build, next to the command that checks them.
Every artefact is listed with its SHA-256, and the account downloads page shows the command to verify it before you run it.
Installed it? Point it at your noisiest pull request.
The one that is mostly a rename, with two decisions buried in it.
Every build that has shipped is in the account hub, with the version it replaced. Nothing is withdrawn quietly.
